Community Champions Awards
Celebrated early childhood development champions in the Tri-Cities from 2010 to 2018.
Professional Development
Complimentary Professional Development workshops were provided to early childhood development program professionals. A research day was also held annually where information pertinent to early and middle childhood in the Tri-Cities was shared with all ECD & MCM Committee members.
Healthy Kids Fair
The Healthy Kids Fair provided parents of tots and preschoolers with information on safety, health literacy awareness, child care and more.
Family Play & Learn
A literacy event that runs monthly at Coquitlam Centre for families with children aged 3 to 10 years and includes story time, theme based craft activities and more.
Child Care Appreciation
An annual event organized by the Child Care Working Group which offers an evening of socialization, fun, good food and a 1 hour professional development opportunity for child care providers.
